About Us

Pathways skills Academy (PSA) is a Further Education Provider and has been established to streamline our operations and give our schools provision the spotlight and recognition it deserves.

We have delivered construction and mechanics qualifications to schools since 2019. We were asked to provide qualifications to learners who had barriers to success who wanted learning to have a more practical emphasis.

Since this time, our provision has gone from strength to strength, we deliver qualifications to 100+ learners across an academic year, adapting teaching and learning to meet individual need.

We have staff who specialise in supporting learners with conditions like, Autism, ADHA, Irlams Syndrome etc., and regularly provide CPD and further training, to ensure that as an organisation, we can effectively adapt and respond to additional learning need.
